EU Settlement Scheme

This service is for EU citizens and their family members who are applying to the EU Settlement Scheme (EUSS) to confirm their immigration status in the UK. By confirming this status now EU citizens will continue to be able to live, work and study in the UK post Brexit.

For many people, this process will be straightforward, and you will only need to complete three key steps –

• Prove your identity

• Show that you live in the UK

• Declare any criminal convictions

 

Some cases are little bit more complex, our service will help you through this process.

EU citizens should ensure that they apply through the EUSS as soon as possible. EU citizens may not be able to access the NHS or certain means tested benefits if they have not applied to the EUSS
