TDS Foundation has funded our organisation to support our refugee and migrant housing rights and obligations in general, and in particular about:

Legal rights and obligations of those involved in the provision or management of private rented housing
AIM:
The aim of this project Migrant Housing Rights Project is increase understanding amongst refugee and migrants’ communities about their rights as tenants in private rented accommodation and to improve communication and the tenant-landlord relationships so that tenants can get issues they are facing resolved quickly and private landlords are more open to renting their properties to people from migrant and refugee background.
Our team will support those who are struggling with Tenancy Agreement and to make them understand under the law of Tenant Guide.
We will run 6 training sessions from July 2022 – Dec 2022:
