Art Project
PARCA Art Project
PARCA is delighted to announce a year-long Art Project in collaboration with Metal Culture Peterborough and funded by Arts Council England. A series of workshops will be delivered, aiming to overcome isolation and foster artistic exploration within our community. Our goal is to create a space where individuals can express themselves freely, build confidence, and forge meaningful connections.
As part of this project, PARCA will be hosting artist in residence Madhu Manipatruni, who is a talented and experienced artist, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our project. Through her guidance and mentorship, participants will have the opportunity to learn new art skills, explore different techniques, and discover their creative potential.
We are incredibly grateful to the Arts Council for this project, as it allows us to bring the transformative power of art to those who may have limited access to such opportunities. This collaboration embodies our commitment to creating a more inclusive and vibrant community.
We invite individuals of all ages and backgrounds to join us on this artistic journey. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced artist, there will be something for everyone in these workshops. Together, let's overcome isolation, explore new art skills, and create a stronger, more connected community through the universal language of art.
Workshop Schedule:
• Wednesday: 12-2 PM (Ladies only)
• Friday: 9:30-11:30 AM (Open to everyone)
