Why I Love Cycling!

Cycling like running is great, I try to go cycling at least once per week. It is great for my mental health and makes me feel fit and strong. It is also a great mode of transportation, sometimes I cycle into work - it is a lot cheaper than running a car!

While there are a number of health benefits. Here are just a few of the ones I consider most important.

Cardiovascular health: Cycling is an excellent cardiovascular exercise that can improve heart health, lower blood pressure, and reduce the risk of heart disease.

Weight management: Cycling is a great way to burn calories and maintain a healthy weight. A 30-minute bike ride can burn up to 300 calories.

Muscle strength and tone: Cycling is a low-impact exercise that can build strength and tone muscles in the legs, hips, and core.

Social Connection: Cycling in groups can be a great way to meet new people and find people who share similar interests.

So go on, get out on your bike, get out there and so some cycling 🙂
